Sonia has extensive management experience and enjoys developing, mentoring and promoting staff, fostering an environment for them to enhance and maximise their skill set, while helping candidates find their dream job. Luke’s background is in Child Safety and he transitioned into recruitment when he had his daughter in 2021, recruiting mainly for the Trades. He is a family man with two kids and has been with his wife for 9 years. When Luke’s not at work or with family he likes to make music.
