    Sonia’s career in recruitment commenced over 20 years ago, working for a labour hire company specialising in Civil and Engineering. The buzz of being on site, meeting new hiring managers and learning new job titles, was the perfect introduction into the industry for her.

    Sonia has extensive management experience and enjoys developing, mentoring and promoting staff, fostering an environment for them to enhance and maximise their skill set, while helping candidates find their dream job. It's always rewarding to receive candidate and client referrals to their connections, a result of the positive experience they received.

    In her spare time you will find Sonia hiking, with her most recent climb being the Mt Kosciusko Summit.
